Founded in 1955, Sival inc. is grown like manufacturer Company of wood screws, having, like main target, the constant search of new products heading to the Quality.
With this philosophy it has carried out, during the last 50 years, investments directed both to improve productivity and to upgrade our warehouse function, but, above all, to widen the range of products heading at special screws according to customer drawing.
Today Sival owns technologically advanced machinery, turning out five millions pieces a day; cold heading, threadrolling and cutters machines are equipped with computerized control system, with instantaneous data transmission to the central server to monitor in real time the production progress; these machines have been improved in order to guarantee the Quality of the product that is also controlled by the operator during production and into the "Quality Control" department.
Inside of the factory the GALVANIC UNIT is equipped with a polishing plant for brass and stainless steel screws and two lines for blue and yellow zinc plating (already in compliance with the European ROHS Directive) with daily capacity of 15.000 kg.
For other galvanic treatments, the Company makes use of certified external Suppliers that guarantee rapidity, quality and service. Furthermore, Sival has computerized packaging lines that guarantee a daily production of 15.000 boxes and a four thousand square metres warehouse of products ready to deliver.
